A Lebanon man is charged with raping a child he knew. Police say 33-year-old Nicholas Revilla first sexually assaulted the child sometime in 2021 or 2022 at a home in Ephrata, Lancaster County. Investigators say the second assault happened at a home in Lebanon in 2024.
