Students at South Lebanon Elementary School in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District participated in a unique event called “March Maze-ness,” where they created a domino toppling course using cereal boxes.The community outreach project began on March 2 during Read Across America Week, with the theme “Reading is cereal-ously amazing.” This theme encouraged students to collect cereal boxes while fostering a love of reading.Students designed and built the domino course. Throughout the month, students collected 1,013 boxes of cereal. They will be donated to Lebanon County Christian Ministries to support families in need.The boxes collected will fill the shelves for two weeks.
