Provided sector levels updates for WHO 3L Emergency Calls on Middle East crisis.

Followed up on the launched SHF 2026 First Reserve Allocation Strategy.

Provided key sector points for the meetings between the Minister of Health and the RC/HC; WHO and the MoH.
•
Updated and disseminated Financial Tracking System – Funding status, Health Sector.
•
Provided sector level feedback to Solutions Working Group – pre-prioritized sub-districts.
•
Updated GHC on impact of underfunding for sector coordination and IM functions.
•
Joined WHO Syria in a briefing with Norway.
•
Conducted bilateral talks with ECHO.
•
Updated sector level information on co-coordination for OCHA.
•
Participated in GHC call.
•
Advocated on present gaps for 2 key positions: sub-national health sector coordination in north-west Syria and national HIM support in Damascus.

Followed up with the respective hubs on response to the flash floods in north-west and north-east Syria as well as around NES camps and IDP hosting sites.
•
Completed Annual Humanitarian Coordination Survey 2025.
•
Jointly with HIS, developed an overview and sector profiles for Rural Damascus, Quneitra, As-Sweida and Dar’a.
•
Jointly with HIS, finalized 2025 WoS Health Sector Highlights infographic.
•
Maintained daily communication with the Directorate of International Cooperation, MoH Syria.
