Lebanon Police Department looking for man in attempted bank fraud case

LEBANON, Mo. (KY3) – Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a man they believe attempted to commit fraud at a local bank.

Detectives with the Lebanon Police Department are trying to find the man, but have not been able to identify him.

The incident occurred Feb. 6 when police believe the man walked into a bank in the 200 block of North Jefferson Avenue and tried to use someone’s bank account.

Police said he was unsuccessful.

Surveillance images from the bank show the man wearing tan pants, a baseball cap, and a plaid jacket.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lebanon Police Department at 417-532-3131.
