First Alert Traffic: City of Lebanon working to repair water leak at highway intersection

  • April 27, 2026

LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) – The City of Lebanon is repairing a long-running water leak at the intersection of Highway 231 North and West Forrest Street.

Work began after crews found a problem with an aging T-joint connecting a 16-inch water main to an 8-inch water main.

City officials report that a simple patch wasn’t enough to solve the issue, so a larger repair is underway.
