Trump swiftly dismissed Tehran\u2019s response.Asked about the status of the ceasefire, Trump told reporters, \u201cI would call it the weakest right now, after reading that piece of garbage they sent us. I didn&#8217;t even finish reading it.\u201dIran\u2019s response reportedly called for compensation for war damage, recognition of its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz, an end to the US naval blockade, guarantees against future attacks, lifting of sanctions and removal of restrictions on Iranian oil sales.
