Issues with source credibility and lack of evidence. No indications the Kristof sourcing mistakes were deliberate. (Fox News Photo\/Joshua Comins)<\/p>\n<p>The NY Times eventually responded to this claim, saying there was &#8220;no truth&#8221; to the rumor and defending Kristof as &#8220;one of the world\u2019s best on-the-ground reporters.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There is no truth to this at all.
