It would enrich<br \/>\nthe Syrian state and its cultural diversity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Researcher and international arbitration adviser Abdul<br \/>\nIssa, meanwhile, noted that participants in previous years often feared<br \/>\nsecurity repercussions after cultural activities, while current conditions have<br \/>\nallowed greater freedom of expression.
