Iran will deploy new air defense systems to strengthen its response to
\naerial threats, Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, the country\u2019s central
\nmilitary command, stated on Monday, linking the upgrade to evolving operational
\nrequirements.<\/p>\n
In a statement, Ali Abdollahi, commander of the headquarters, noted that
\nIran\u2019s military capabilities remain fully in place, arguing that Tehran\u2019s air
\ndefense performance during the current war improved significantly compared to
\nthe June 2025 escalation with Israel.<\/p>\n
Despite recent reports pointing to major progress in negotiations
\nbetween Washington and Tehran, including a memorandum of understanding (MoU<\/a>),
\nboth the US and Israel have repeatedly warned<\/a> of renewed escalation if the
