According to American military officials, at the start of the war between the United States and Israel against Iran in the Gulf there were 11 ships, and today their number stands at zero.<\/p>\n
The Iranian regime for decades pursued and attacked international vessels in the Gulf of Oman. Those days are past. Freedom of maritime navigation has underpinned the economic prosperity of the United States and the world for more than 80 years. The U.S. armed forces will continue to defend it.<\/p>\n

According to official reports, the operation confirmed the disappearance of the Iranian fleet from the region and intensified control over important sea routes.<\/p>\n
Earlier statements noted that U.S. President Donald Trump reported the destruction of nine ships of the Iranian fleet and an attack on their headquarters.
