{"id":152403,"date":"2026-06-09T13:34:23","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T13:34:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/152403\/"},"modified":"2026-06-09T13:34:23","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T13:34:23","slug":"turkiye-names-new-ambassadors-to-tehran-kiev","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/152403\/","title":{"rendered":"T\u00fcrkiye names new ambassadors to Tehran, Kiev"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>             ANKARA<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/06\/6a28087fa16f132875cee84c.jpg\" alt=\"T\u00fcrkiye names new ambassadors to Tehran, Kiev\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has formally notified the appointments of new ambassadors and permanent representatives who will serve at <a title=\"T\u00fcrkiye\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyetdailynews.com\/index\/turkiye\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">T\u00fcrkiye<\/a>\u2019s diplomatic missions abroad, including key postings to <a title=\"Tehran\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyetdailynews.com\/index\/tehran\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Tehran<\/a> and Kiev.<\/p>\n<p>According to a statement on June 9 by diplomatic sources, a total of 25 new appointments were made to embassies and permanent missions to international organizations.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the reshuffle, Ambassador Ahmet Ayd\u0131n Do\u011fan, currently serving as Head of Foreign Relations and Protocol at the Turkish parliament, was appointed as T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s ambassador to Tehran.<\/p>\n<p>Ambassador Fatma Ceren Yazgan, who currently serves as T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s ambassador to The Hague, was appointed ambassador to Kiev.<\/p>\n<p>Among the appointments, one of the most notable was the designation of Mustafa Levent Bilgen as T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s first ambassador to Reykjavik.
