Iraq last qualified for the event in 1986, and Norway&#8217;s las appearance was in 1998.Norway is favored in the match, but fans said that no matter the outcome, they&#8217;re there for the experience and for the unique American custom of tailgating.&#8221;We will park somewhere and then go into the forest by a lake or something and do, like, camping with a tent and everything, but I love this because it&#8217;s so easy. You can do it anywhere.
