Christina Mojica, a renter, tells News 8 she was inside at the time of the collapse.”It sounded like two lightning bolts hitting the premises and we jumped up, we were like, ‘what’s that’?” she said.Mojica said she grabbed her family members and walked out front to see a large pile of bricks and debris on the sidewalk.”I feel as though it’s not fair, it’s not fair to me,” said Mojica. “I didn’t ask for this.
