The Head of Iraq’s State of Law Coalition, Nouri Al-Maliki,
\nsaid on Friday that the Coordination Framework (CF), the coalition of Iraq’s
\nruling Shiite political forces, should remain intact because has proven to be a
\nsuccessful national political project.<\/p>\n
Al-Maliki argued that the CF\u2019s ability to form three
\nconsecutive governments reflects its effectiveness and capacity to manage the
\ncountry’s political transition, adding that \u201cif there is a need to improve its
\nworking mechanisms or enhance its performance, that should take place through
\nthe framework’s natural evolution to meet changing circumstances.\u201d<\/p>\n
