The Israeli army shelled farmland in
\nSyria’s Quneitra countryside and dropped warning leaflets over a village in
\nwestern Daraa on Sunday, Shafaq News correspondent reported.<\/p>\n

The shells landed north of the
\nvillage of Taranja in Quneitra countryside without causing casualties or
\nmaterial damage. The leaflets, distributed over the village of Al-Aridah in
\nwestern Daraa, warned residents against “disturbing public order,”
\nblocking roads, or obstructing troop movements, saying Israeli forces would
\ncontinue to use “all means deemed necessary” to defend Israel and its
\nresidents.<\/p>\n

Earlier today, a force comprising
\nthree military vehicles and a bulldozer advanced<\/a> toward the villages of Maariya
\nand Al-Aridah in the Yarmouk Basin, near the boundary with the Israeli-occupied
\nGolan Heights, according to Syria’s state-run Al-Ekhbariya channel. The force
\nopened a road into the area and established a checkpoint inside Al-Aridah.<\/p>\n

The Israeli military has yet to
