(KY3) &#8211; A Lebanon man was seriously injured Friday night after his truck left the roadway and struck a tree in Dallas County, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mshp.dps.mo.gov\/HP68\/AccidentDetailsAction?ACC_RPT_NUM=260324733\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.mshp.dps.mo.gov\/HP68\/AccidentDetailsAction?ACC_RPT_NUM=260324733\">according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The 63-year-old man was driving southbound on Highway OO, about 13 miles west of Lebanon, when he ran his truck off the left side of the road.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">The truck struck a tree.
