Iran does not accept this legal position.

The US goal is to restore pre-war levels of oil and gas transit through the Strait of Hormuz, Vice President JD Vance said on Sunday.

Baghaei also responded to US President Donald Trump’s claim on Sunday, reported by the Axios media outlet, that Washington and Tehran were engaging in a “chess game.”

Whether behind the scenes or in the spotlight, the Iranians have proven themselves to be professional chess players, the spokesman said.

Iran intends to charge commercial vessels fees for passage through the Strait of Hormuz, the Foreign Ministry in…

[28
2363,5309,444,102,34,50513,101,69,17322
post-243428","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-strait-of-hormuz","tag-arabian-gulf","tag-commercial-vessels","tag-gulf-of-oman","tag-hormuz","tag-iran","tag-national-aeronautics-and-space-administration","tag-strait-of-hormuz","tag-tehran","tag-transit-passage
["GET
