{"id":259296,"date":"2026-08-21T16:43:09","date_gmt":"2026-08-21T16:43:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/259296\/"},"modified":"2026-08-21T16:43:09","modified_gmt":"2026-08-21T16:43:09","slug":"turkey-red-notice-should-be-issued-against-benjamin-netanyahu-on-genocide-charges","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/259296\/","title":{"rendered":"Turkey: &#8216;Red notice&#8217; should be issued against Benjamin Netanyahu on genocide charges"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Turkey requested on Friday that the International Criminal Police Organization (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/international\/article-897041\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Interpol<\/a>) issue a &#8220;red notice&#8221; against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and 35 other Israeli officials on charges including genocide, according to an X\/Twitter post by Turkish Justice Minister Ak\u0131n G\u00fcrlek.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We categorically reject the notion that the Netanyahu administration, which is implementing a genocide policy in Gaza, is untouchable and unaccountable,&#8221; said G\u00fcrlek. &#8220;We will not allow the crimes committed in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jpost.com\/israel-news\/defense-news\/article-906079\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gaza<\/a> to be covered up or the perpetrators to be shielded by impunity.
