Foreign advisers have withdrawn from Iraq\u2019s Joint Operations
\nCommand (JOC) aboard cargo aircraft two days earlier, a security source told
\nShafaq News on Sunday.<\/p>\n
Earlier this month,
\nItaly began withdrawing troops from Iraq\u2019s Kurdistan Region after a drone
\nstrike targeted Camp Singara on March 12 without causing casualties among
\ndeployed forces.<\/p>\n
Cities across the
\nKurdistan Region have come under repeated rocket and drone attacks since the
\nstart of the US-Israeli war on Iran, with strikes hitting Harir airbase, Erbil
\nInternational Airport, and the headquarters of Iranian Kurdish opposition
\ngroups in northern Iraq. The Christian Peacemaker Teams (CPT), a US-based
\nmonitoring organization, reported more than 190 missile and drone attacks on
\nthe Region during that period.<\/p>\n
