Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps issued a threat against a group of U.S. technology companies with operations in the Middle East, according to a Telegram post on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The security arm warned <\/a>that 18 firms could become targets in response to U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran. It advised employees to leave their workplaces, saying actions could begin at 8 p.m. Tehran time.<\/p>\n

Among the companies cited were Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA<\/a>), Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL<\/a>), Microsoft (NASDAQ:MSFT<\/a>), Alphabet (NASDAQ:GOOGL<\/a>), Cisco Systems (CSCO), Intel (INTC) and Oracle (NYSE:ORCL<\/a>). The list also included Tesla (NASDAQ:TSLA<\/a>), Boeing (NYSE:BA<\/a>), JPMorgan Chase (NYSE:JPM<\/a>) and several others.<\/p>\n

The threat follows Iranian attacks earlier this month on Amazon Web Services facilities in the Middle East, which disrupted multiple digital services in the United Arab Emirates.
