LEBANON Ore. (KPTV) – A 64-year-old faces charges as the Lebanon Police Department investigates reports of an illicit massage parlor, police said on Thursday.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday at about 9 a.m., investigators served a search warrant at Foot Reflexology & Massage on South Santiam Highway after a \u201chistory\u201d of complaints and evidence that the business may be involved in illegal activity, police said.<\/p>\n
Police said they found the business was not licensed to offer massages and had \u201cties to other illicit massage parlors throughout the western states.\u201d Police said they also spotted other code and ordinance violations.<\/p>\n
One person, Fen Miao Bao, was taken into custody and cited for operating a massage business without a license.<\/p>\n
Police said they are continuing to investigate and asked anyone with information to contact the Lebanon Police Department.<\/p>\n
