{"id":66501,"date":"2026-04-14T09:11:15","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T09:11:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/66501\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T09:11:15","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T09:11:15","slug":"return-of-syrians-has-no-significant-impact-on-labor-market-minister","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/66501\/","title":{"rendered":"Return of Syrians has no significant impact on labor market: Minister"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>            ISTANBUL<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/iran\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/69dddc80131f7a6651407189.jpg\" alt=\"Return of Syrians has no significant impact on labor market: Minister\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The return of Syrian workers to their home country has not created a noticeable gap in T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s <a title=\"Labor\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyetdailynews.com\/index\/labor\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">labor<\/a> market,\u00a0Labor and Social Security Minister Vedat I\u015f\u0131khan has said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>He noted\u00a0that following the end of the civil war in <a title=\"Syria\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hurriyetdailynews.com\/index\/syria\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Syria<\/a>, a portion of Syrians employed in T\u00fcrkiye have begun returning, and the ministry has conducted a comprehensive study to assess the impact of this development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAccording to our research, by the end of 2025 the rate of Syrian workers leaving their jobs stood at 25.6 percent,\u201d said the minister.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasized that most of those leaving were employed in low-skilled jobs, which limited the overall effect on the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor this reason, no significant shortage has emerged.
