State Fire Marshal&#8217;s Office were called to Lebanon on the afternoon of April 6 after Lebanon Fire Department crews responded to a wooded lot at 158 Upper Barley Road, where four vehicles had been destroyed by fire.The Fire Marshal&#8217;s Office investigators determined the fires were arson and issued an arrest warrant for Racicot, who owned three of the four vehicles that were destroyed, according to authorities.Racicot was taken into custody by the Rochester Police Department in New Hampshire and is being held at the Strafford County Department of Corrections pending a fugitive from
