He also issued a stark warning to \u201cinterfering powers\u201d and reminded Iran\u2019s southern neighbors that a shift away from \u201cextra-regional\u201d reliance is now necessary.<\/p>\n
Aref described Iran as the region\u2019s \u201celder brother\u201d and a stabilizing anchor, saying that lasting peace can only be achieved through cooperation and shared strength among Persian Gulf littoral states.<\/p>\n
He pointed out that Persian Gulf National Day, beyond being a historic commemoration, symbolizes the unchangeable will of Iran\u2019s sovereign authority and reflects the country\u2019s national power.<\/p>\n
The Persian Gulf is not only an economic lifeline for the world, but also a test of national resolve for the Islamic Republic, Aref emphasized.<\/p>\n
