It’s really fusing together uh three main trends which we think are going to drive uh the globe and the US uh for the next couple of years and that is basically uh a CAPEX super cycle.

   00:15 Speaker A

uh spending on global AI, on climate and on defense. And if you think about Iran, Iran is basically fused AI and defense through autonomy, through the development of drone technology and the asymmetry that that that generates as we’ve seen.

   00:30 Speaker A

uh as well as on the climate and defense side. If you think about all of a sudden, uh it’s really nice to have renewable energy, right?

   00:38 Speaker B

Right.

   00:38 Speaker A

It’s secure, it’s available, it’s cheap. and so, uh

   00:43 Speaker B

It doesn’t have to go through the Straight of Hormuz.

   00:45 Speaker A

Exactly. You don’t have to worry about thousands of miles away, safe passage, any of that. And so I think what we’re seeing and and just to put some numbers to it because I think it’s it’s really, really critical to to understand this. Uh if you put some numbers to it, Bloomberg has quoted two and a half trillion per annum for global AI CapX spending,

   01:00 Speaker A

5 trillion per annum for climate and our our guesstimate for defense, harder to find the defense numbers is somewhere around 3 trillion per annum, okay?

   01:06 Speaker A

So you put those three together and you’ve got 10 trillion per annum global CapX spending and it’s happening in uh the US, it’s happening in Europe, it’s happening in Asia. So, our whole focus is on not missing the forest, a global CAPEX super cycle for the trees. The trees could be jobs numbers, you know, I’m happy to discuss them, but

   01:23 Speaker B

Right.

   01:24 Speaker A

jobs, the Fed, you know, that the Fed has in our view become much less important than the fiscal side of things because of the need to spend. In all three of these AI, uh defense and climate are existential.

   01:36 Speaker A

And so the spending is going to happen virtually no matter what.

[3
34621,34616,266,34,34620,34617,34618,34619
post-99034","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-iran","tag-co-founder-of-key-advisors-wealth-management","tag-eddie-ghabour","tag-global-economy","tag-iran","tag-jay-pelosky","tag-kenny-polcari","tag-ongoing-conflict","tag-tpw-advisory
["GET
