The one that ended last Sunday in Lideo di Fermo, organised by M&G Volleyball School together with many other companies in the province, it is the largest Youth Beach Volleyball Academy of the Marche. In this sense the numbers never lie and tell of 240 members, an all-time record in the eighteen years of the event, for both men and women. There’s a lot of technical work on the court, but don’t limit yourself to just that! From the mini-volleyball program, interactions and friendships are forged, even those from different clubs, sharing the passion for volleyball on the sand, focusing not only on the result but also on having fun. A great celebration of sport that makes cross-fertilization at all levels its mantra: in the sport, in being together, and in sharing five weeks (three times a week) of activities, under the sun and on the beach. This is what coach emphasized in detail. Massimiliano Ortenzi Despite his commitments to the Super League and beyond, he still attends this unique event every year, a celebration of his own, one he has witnessed and nurtured over the years. Last Sunday was a celebration of sport, with the beach packed with athletes, parents, and many others, who flocked to the Doppiozero in Lido di Fermo, where the kids competed on both the eight beach courts and outdoors. Virtually all of the management of the M&G Volleyball School was present throughout the eventful day, a testament to the importance of beach volleyball for this organization. The expression of great satisfaction was evident on the face of Claudio Laconi, vice president of the M&G Volleyball School, now an institution in Grotte volleyball, where he has been a key player for over thirty years. Budget Councilor Lorena Marzialetti brought greetings from the Montegiorgio community. They, along with other distinguished guests and coach Ortenzi, performed some of the awards, congratulating the instructors and kids individually. The presence of three Superleague champions, Marco Cubito, Michele Fedrizzi, and Maniele Marchiani, was a must, as they always remain close in these circumstances. The eighteenth edition concluded with a huge final photo, an indelible memory for these young people of a summer spent with friendships, sports, and a constant desire to be together.
