Pesanti allagamenti a Gaza
Una forte ondata di maltempo ha colpito la Striscia di Gaza, con piogge intense e venti violenti che hanno provocato l’allagamento di migliaia di tende per sfollati e di alcune aree dell’ospedale Al-Shifa a Gaza City. L’acqua piovana ha invaso in particolare i reparti di accoglienza e di emergenza, causando disagi alle attività sanitarie.

Nei campi, molte tende sono state spazzate via o sommerse, lasciando famiglie senza riparo sotto la pioggia. Alcune persone hanno cercato rifugio tra i resti di edifici danneggiati, mentre la Protezione Civile ha lanciato l’allarme per il rischio di crollo di numerose abitazioni già compromesse.

Il maltempo ha aggravato una situazione già critica: infrastrutture danneggiate, strade allagate e sistemi fognari in difficoltà rendono ancora più difficile la gestione dell’emergenza per migliaia di persone.
