L\u2019azienda, inizialmente, ha riassunto i dati che riguardano il reclutamento di nuovo personale. Nel biennio 2023\/2024 sono stati assunti 3124 Operatori Specializzati della Manutenzione Infrastrutture a cui si aggiungono altre 587 unit\u00e0 realizzate fino a settembre del corrente anno e ulteriori 300 da completarsi entro dicembre 2025.
