Promesse alla deriva: il mancato avvio dell\u2019assistenza sanitaria integrativa per i marittimi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nel cuore della riforma del <strong>CCNL unico<\/strong> dell\u2019industria armatoriale era stato sancito un impegno chiaro: l\u2019introduzione di un sistema di assistenza sanitaria integrativa per tutti i marittimi, con decorrenza gennaio 2025. Un contributo mensile di <strong>\u20ac16,50<\/strong> per lavoratore, a carico delle aziende, avrebbe dovuto garantire una tutela sanitaria aggiuntiva a una categoria che affronta quotidianamente turni logoranti, isolamento e grandi responsabilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Ma a oggi, tutto tace. Nessun fondo operativo, nessun aggiornamento sul tavolo tecnico, nessuna comunicazione ufficiale su come siano stati allocati \u2013 o non allocati \u2013 i fondi previsti. L\u2019accordo, firmato e celebrato, resta lettera morta.<\/p>\n<p>Questa mancanza rappresenta non solo un\u2019inadempienza contrattuale, ma anche un tradimento della fiducia riposta da chi lavora in mare. I marittimi meritano rispetto, trasparenza, e azioni concrete. Non risposte vaghe o rinvii infiniti.<\/p>\n<p>Le segreterie OR.S.A. Trasporti \u2013 Settore Marittimo chiedono:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>un aggiornamento immediato sullo stato dell\u2019accordo;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>chiarimenti sulla destinazione delle risorse versate;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>l\u2019attuazione concreta del diritto conquistato.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Senza questi elementi, il contratto rischia di perdere significato, diventando un documento vuoto.
