Centinaia di crepe e pezzi di calcestruzzo mancati nella facciata portante sarebbero il segnale, secondo ingegneri indipendenti e atti giudiziari consultati dal New York Times, di uno stress ben oltre le previsioni sulla struttura di 96 piani e 426 metri di altezza.
