I dischi ai primi due posti (<strong>Coroner<\/strong> e <strong>Messa<\/strong>) sono stati votati dalla grande parte della redazione, staccando tutto il resto: i <strong>Paradise Lost<\/strong> ottengono la medaglia di bronzo, ma sono tallonati a brevissima distanza da Fer de Lance, \u2026And Oceans, Deafheaven e Dormant Ordeal. Un altro plebiscito ha riguardato la porcheria dell\u2019anno, grazie alla poco invidiabile prestazione dei <strong>Dark Angel<\/strong> che ci hanno messo quasi 35 anni a dare un successore a Time Does Not Heal e se ne sono usciti con una roba sinceramente indegna della propria storia. Pi\u00f9 confusione c\u2019\u00e8 stata invece sul miglior disco italiano (oltre a quello dei Messa), con una grande dispersione di voti che ha finito per premiare i <strong>Caronte<\/strong> e il disco d\u2019addio dei <strong>Necrodeath<\/strong>, con una menzione speciale per gli Hesperia. E c\u2019\u00e8 anche spazio per la celebrazione della gloria del metallo, con i <strong>Sacred Steel<\/strong> in cima alle preferenze per il concerto dell\u2019anno. Come sempre, appuntamento a domani per le classifiche individuali. The Regeneration Itinerary dura poco meno di un\u2019ora e non stanca mai, oltre a essere una gioia da sentire in cuffia. Non \u00e8 da tutti\u201d. In Fires on the Mountainside c\u2019\u00e8 gloria e puzza di budella, morti sia tra i nemici che tra le fila dei propri compagni. C\u2019\u00e8 un\u2019aria di magia misteriosa, ancestrale, che non mitiga in nulla il dramma bellico e la gloria che puzza di morte\u201d. Bell\u2019album, a sigillo di un tratto terminale di una discografia s\u00ec dominato da The Age of Dead Christ, ma privo di cali d\u2019attenzione\u201d.
