Cinque, invece, le squadre Continental presenti, tra cui l\u2019italiana Polti VisitMalta, mentre il gruppo dal quale uscir\u00e0 il nome del successore di Nicolas Prodhomme, vincitore lo scorso anno, verr\u00e0 completato da dieci team Continental, compreso il vivaio della Visma | Lease a Bike.<\/p>\n
