In Italia il problema \u00e8 sempre lo stesso: le misure sono di tipo &#8220;emergenziale&#8221;. Non c&#8217;\u00e8 una strategia di lungo periodo com&#8217;\u00e8 accaduto e accade tutt&#8217;ora in certi altri Stati europei, che hanno politiche definite su pi\u00f9 anni. Da noi il bonus \u00e8 un po&#8217; &#8220;one shot&#8221;. Meglio farsi trovare pronti, quindi.<\/p>\n<p>Facciamo una carrellata dei <strong>modelli a zero emissioni pi\u00f9 interessanti<\/strong> divisi per fascia di prezzo e vediamo quanto costeranno quando si potranno acquistare sfruttando gli incentivi 2025. Ma prima, ricordiamo brevemente come sono stati stanziati i fondi per quest\u2019anno.<\/p>\n<p>Come funzionano gli incentivi per l\u2019auto elettrica 2025<\/p>\n<p>Il ministero dell\u2019Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica ha stanziato 597 milioni di euro per sostenere l\u2019acquisto di un\u2019auto elettrica. Sono destinati a persone fisiche e a microimprese che abbiano residenza o sede legale nelle <strong>aree urbane funzionali<\/strong>. Si tratta di citt\u00e0 con oltre 50.000 abitanti e aree di pendolarismo (qui l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/news\/767889\/incentivi-auto-elettriche-2025-fua\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22767889%22%2C%22section%22%3A%221%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22incentivi-auto-elettriche-2025-fua%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">articolo specifico<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Per accedervi si dovr\u00e0 <strong>rottamare<\/strong> un\u2019auto con motore termico con classe di omologazione fino a Euro 5 e si dovr\u00e0 avere un <strong>ISEE<\/strong> inferiore ai 40.000 euro. In particolare, sono stati previsti due scaglioni:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incentivo di 11.000 euro per chi ha un ISEE inferiore a 30.000 euro<\/li>\n<li>Incentivo di 9.000 euro per chi ha un\u2019ISEE compreso tra 30.000 e 40.000 euro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>C\u2019\u00e8 anche un limite di spesa: il veicolo elettrico da comprare non dovr\u00e0 superare il <strong>prezzo di 35.000 euro pi\u00f9 IVA (42.700 euro)<\/strong>, optional esclusi. Facciamo alcuni esempi concreti.<\/p>\n<p>Fino a 20.000 euro<\/p>\n<p>Se si vuole acquistare un\u2019auto elettrica piccola ed economica, le opzioni sono ormai note. La vettura elettrica meno costosa del mercato \u00e8 la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/dacia\/spring\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Dacia Spring<\/a><\/strong>, che ha un prezzo di partenza di 17.900 euro. A questa cifra si acquista la versione base, con motore da 45 CV. Ma anche le pi\u00f9 potenti varianti da 65 CV restano tutte <strong>sotto la soglia dei 20.000 euro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pi\u00f9 di recente sul mercato sono arrivate anche la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/735305\/leapmotor-t03-analisi-tecnica\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22735305%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22leapmotor-t03-analisi-tecnica%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Leapmotor T03<\/a><\/strong> e la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/760394\/byd-dolphin-surf-analisi-tecnica\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22760394%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22byd-dolphin-surf-analisi-tecnica%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">BYD Dolphin Surf<\/a><\/strong>. La prima ha un prezzo di partenza di 18.900 euro, la seconda di 19.490. Nel tempo i modelli a batteria che hanno debuttato in questa fascia sono stati parecchi e ora le alternative non mancano. La maggior parte hanno prezzo di ingresso a 24.900 euro.<\/p>\n<p>In Italia non si pu\u00f2 non citare la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/748956\/fiat-grande-panda-elettrica-analisi-tecnica\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22748956%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22fiat-grande-panda-elettrica-analisi-tecnica%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Fiat Grande Panda<\/a><\/strong>, che nella sua variante elettrica ha un listino di partenza proprio di 24.900 euro. Crossover compatta da citt\u00e0, promette 320 km di autonomia. Sulla stessa piattaforma e con stesse prestazioni, con un prezzo di poco inferiore (da 23.900 euro), c\u2019\u00e8 la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/704152\/citroen-ec3-elettrica-come-e-fatta\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22704152%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22citroen-ec3-elettrica-come-e-fatta%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Citroen e-C3<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dalla Corea arriva invece la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/738719\/hyundai-inster-analisi-tecnica\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22738719%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22hyundai-inster-analisi-tecnica%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hyundai Inster<\/a><\/strong> (di nuovo, prezzo di partenza di 24.900 euro). Anche in questo caso si parla di un piccolo crossover sotto i 4 metri che offre tanto spazio e autonomia di 370 km. Per chi preferisce una berlina, come non prendere in considerazione la <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/insideevs.it\/features\/710582\/renault-5-elettrica-come-e-fatta\/\" data-inline-widget=\"internal-links\" data-type-id=\"0\" data-params=\"%7B%22article_edition_id%22%3A%22710582%22%2C%22section%22%3A%223%22%2C%22alias%22%3A%22renault-5-elettrica-come-e-fatta%22%7D\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Renault 5 E-Tech<\/a><\/strong>, che nella sua versione base, a 24.900 euro, dichiara un\u2019autonomia di 310 km.<\/p>\n<p>In questa fascia di prezzo non mancano infine alternative pi\u00f9 \u201cesotiche\u201d come la <strong>DR 1.0<\/strong> o la <strong>EMC Yudo<\/strong>. La prima, di origine Chery, ha un prezzo di 24.900 euro, mentre la seconda, che in Cina \u00e8 realizzata da Great Wall e in Italia \u00e8 importata da Eurasia Motor Company, costa invece 24.200 euro. Autonomie? Rispettivamente di 210 e 325 km. Nella fascia tra 25.000 e 30.000 euro, che con gli incentivi diventa tra 14.000 e 19.000 euro se si ha un ISEE sotto i 30.000 euro e tra i 16.000 e i 21.000 euro se si ha un ISEE tra 30.000 e 40.000 euro, sul mercato si trovano berline, crossover e SUV di varie dimensioni.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BYD<\/strong>, per esempio, ha a listino la <strong>Atto 3<\/strong>: 4,31 metri di lunghezza e autonomia di 420 km a partire da 29.900 euro. Stellantis, sfruttando la piattaforma smart car di C3 e Grande Panda, propone <strong>C3 Aircross<\/strong> (da 26.790 euro) e <strong>Opel Frontera<\/strong> (da 29.900 euro).
