The white bodywork represents purity and a new beginning, while the wave motif refers to Kyoto’s ability to preserve tradition while embracing change. At the rear, the car features the logo of the city’s climate initiative to achieve net-zero CO2 emissions by 2050.

For Stellantis, the project is more than a brand gesture; it forms part of its strategy to promote electric vehicles in Japan. For Kyoto, it is another public statement of the city’s environmental direction, after becoming one of the first in the country to pursue a systematic policy against climate change.
