The city carries real history for the couple. Irish Star reported that Sweeney and Braun first sparked dating rumors in June 2025, when they were spotted together at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s wedding, also held in Venice. They’ve been photographed together on and off ever since, including while sharing a kiss in New York’s Central Park last November.
Meanwhile, Sweeney has reportedly reached other milestones with Braun recently, including spending time around his kids. The Venice trip comes just weeks after Sweeney also made headlines for a major career move, signing with CAA after months without representation.
