Guests choose one dish from each course.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Antipasti options include zucchini blossoms with ricotta and white wine, chilled roasted veal with tuna sauce and capers, Parma prosciutto with seasonal melon and Stracciatella, burrata with blueberry compote and arugula, shrimp with lemon and cherry tomatoes, and fried squid with mustard sauce.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Primi options include potato dumplings with pistachio pesto, homemade spaghetti with clams, spaghetti with Pachino tomatoes and soft cheese, fettuccine with zucchini and lemon, and a featured ravioli of the day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Secondi options include salmon with pistachio pesto risotto, breaded chicken breast with bruschetta and cherry tomatoes, veal scaloppine with lemon and white wine, eggplant with mozzarella and tomato sauce, 6-ounce Prime filet mignon with porcini mushroom sauce, and veal shank with saffron risotto for a $14 upcharge.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Dolce options include layered pistachio mousse with walnut crust, two pastry shells with sweetened ricotta and pistachio, tiramisu with mascarpone and espresso, and gelato.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">\u201cSummer in Italy\u201d will be available daily from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Reservations can be made by calling (702) 364-5300 or booking <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ferraroslasvegas.com\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.ferraroslasvegas.com\/\">online<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright 2026 KVVU.
