Head coach <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planetrugby.com\/news\/world-rugby-stamp-down-on-ref-bashing-as-italy-boss-slapped-first-ban-after-shape-of-the-game-agreement\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Gonzalo Quesada is also suspended<\/a> under World Rugby\u2019s new Match Official Abuse Sanctioning Process.<\/p>\n<p>Italy make nine changes for Wallabies showdown<\/p>\n<p>Lorenzo Pani gets the nod at full-back for the Test in Perth, with Louis Lynagh and Monty Ioane named on the wings.
