Their arrival was announced yesterday (16 July).<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Romagnoli, who will be based in the New York office, joins following a near seven-year stretch at Blank Rome, while Los Angeles-based Thomas arrives after serving nearly nine years at the firm. Both were partners.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The pair join after Crowell &amp; Moring <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdr-news.com\/categories\/people-firms\/crowell-moring-adds-insurance-disputes-specialist\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">swiped an insurance disputes partner from Reed Smith<\/a> for its Washington, DC, office earlier this month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duo bring extensive experience litigating complex insurance coverage spats in state and federal courts across the US, with Romagnoli\u2019s practice covering bad faith and other extracontractual claims for corporate and institutional policyholders against insurers in litigations and arbitration proceedings.
