\n The reshuffle at Kering<\/a> continues. Sabina Belli, who joined the French group in 2015 as CEO of the Pomellato<\/a> Group, has been appointed president of the Italian subsidiary of the Pinault-controlled conglomerate. Effective September 15, 2026, she will be based in Milan and report to Kering\u2019s chief executive, Luca De Meo.<\/p>\n

Alongside her new role, Sabina Belli will continue to lead Kering Accademia per le Eccellenze, which she has headed since last April- an initiative launched by the group to safeguard Italian craftsmanship and support the next generation of manufacturing talent.\u00a0Before joining Kering, she held senior positions at WPP, L\u2019Or\u00e9al Luxe and LVMH<\/a>, including roles at Christian Dior Parfums<\/a>, Mo\u00ebt Hennessy, Veuve Clicquot, and Bulgari<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Belli will also help coordinate strategic initiatives designed to strengthen Kering\u2019s presence in Italy, where the group employs a quarter of its global workforce and supports thousands of supply-chain jobs.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the French group has announced a change of leadership at two of its Italian maisons, effective from September 15: Charlotte Fournet is stepping up as CEO of Pomellato, whilst Krizia<\/a> Cucurachi is taking the helm at Dodo.<\/p>\n

Fournet will lead the brand\u2019s next phase of development, strengthening its positioning as a benchmark in contemporary high-end jewellery; Cucurachi will be responsible for the brand\u2019s strategic development, continuing its consolidation in the gifting jewellery segment.<\/p>\n

A graduate of Emlyon business school, Fournet has more than 14 years\u2019 experience in merchandising and product strategy within the luxury sector, at brands such as Saint Laurent<\/a>, Gucci<\/a>, and Bottega Veneta<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cucurachi joined Dodo in 2024 as global product and brand director, taking charge of product, brand image, communications, events, visual merchandising, and media. Previously, she spent more than 10 years at Swarovski, after gaining professional experience in marketing at L\u2019Or\u00e9al and Lindt & Spr\u00fcngli.\n <\/p>\n
