Joseph Rangel, a hazardous materials manager assigned to Headquarters and Support Battalion, Marine Corps Installations Pacific, during the Fiscal Year 26 2nd Quarter Okinawa Intramural Marksmanship Competition at Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, March 26, 2026. The OIMC is a multi-day marksmanship competition designed to test the rifle and pistol capabilities of U.S. service members stationed at Okinawa, Japan. Formal Marksmanship Training Center invited over 120 Marines and five U.S. Air Force Airmen to compete. Trinidad is a native of New York and Rangel is a native of California.
