*Although the stadium has a roof, rain may blow into the front rows depending on the wind direction. Please bring a poncho or similar item in case of rain. Umbrellas are not permitted inside the stadium.

*Cans and bottles are not permitted inside the stadium.

Please be sure to switch to a paper cup at the entrance.

■ Ticket counter on the day

・Tickets will be sold on the day of the event, with the exception of some seating categories.

*A handling fee of 400 yen per ticket will be charged for ticket purchases made at the ticket counter on the day of the event.

■To our visiting team supporters

• Visitor seats are located on the Upper levels(5th floor).

If you wish to wear support goods for the visiting team, please purchase tickets for Visitor Reserved Seats, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, or Category 4 FV Mix.

Except for the Visitor Reserved Seats, Category 4 Mixed Fan Seating, and Category 4 FV Mixed, all other seats are considered home areas, and therefore, wearing or using visitor uniforms or support goods is prohibited.

Please note that even if you are not wearing a visitor’s uniform or merchandise, you are not permitted to support the visiting team.

Customers with visitor reserved seating tickets are not permitted to roam the concourse.

Additionally, customers wearing merchandise of the visiting team will not be allowed to enter the Gamba Supporters’ Seat area.

Please be aware that we will be checking your ticket and/or merchandise at various locations throughout the concourse when you enter each area.

A preliminary explanation regarding the display of banners will be provided from 12:30 to 12:45.

If you wish to participate, please come to the visitor entrance gate at the designated time.

■ Prohibited Actions

– Items displayed that are not approved by the club (home club only)

– Placing banners, flags, gate flags, large flags, etc. in areas not permitted by the club.

– Use of confetti and paper streamers

– Hitting or kicking stadium equipment (including hitting or kicking chairs)

*Any other actions that the club deems to be disruptive to the match operation.

■ Rules for using support banners and flags

– Only official flags (flags sold and distributed by GAMBA OSAKA as merchandise) and items that have been pre-approved by the club and approved for display will be permitted.

*Visiting teams do not need to apply for banners.

■ Information Desk

– Outside the stadium: Next to the FC booth inside Gamba Well-being Park (from 12:00)

– Inside the venue: Concourse near Gate 1(from opening time)

■Fan Club Booth

– Outside fan club booth (12:00 to 30 minutes after the end of the match)

■Merchandise Sales

○Inside the venue

The venue will feature 28 Oi G stalls on the Lower levels(including drink booths) and 3 stalls on the Upper levels.

○Outside (11:00~)

Outside the stadium, in “Aokuro Yokocho” (on the back stand side), there will be 5 official stores and 18 other stores!

Please enjoy food and drinks outside the venue as well!

■ Kids Room

– Located in one place on the main side (from opening time until 30 minutes after the end of the match)

■Smoking area

The smoking area (for both conventional cigarettes and heated tobacco products) will only be available until the last 10 minutes of the session.

*Please note that the designated smoking areas for cigarettes are as follows.



■Temporary exit/re-entry

– You may leave the stadium until 10 minutes into the second half, and re-enter until 20 minutes into the second half.

■ Exit Instructions

We will be implementing staggered exits through four gates. Please cooperate with our measures to reduce crowding.

■For customers arriving by car

・If you are coming by car, you will need to purchase a parking ticket in advance.

You cannot enter the “South Parking Lot” without purchasing a parking ticket.

*Entry to and exit from the parking lot may take longer than usual.

■To customers arriving by motorcycle

• Parking is available in the “South Parking Lot”.

*Reservations are not required.

Please pay the fee (210 yen) directly at the South Parking Lot.

• The entrance and exit to the South Parking Lot are the same as for cars, as described below.

■To customers who purchased parking tickets for the South Parking Lot

On match days, the entrance to the South Parking Lot will be different from usual; it will be the entrance on the side of Gate 1. The usual South Parking Lot entrance/exit will be for exit only and entry will not be permitted. Please be aware of this.

*For customers who have purchased a parking ticket, please park in the South Parking Lot after 10:00 AM.

*Please note that entry and exit to the parking lot may take longer than usual. We ask that customers arriving by car be aware of this in advance.

Furthermore, please refrain from illegal parking near the venue, unauthorized parking at surrounding facilities, and disruptive parking of drop-off/pick-up vehicles on surrounding roads, as these cause considerable inconvenience to local residents.

On match days, we conduct parking prevention activities under the guidance of the local police.

■To customers arriving by bicycle

Customers arriving by bicycle on the day of the match must

(1) Bicycle parking area north of OFA Banpaku Football Center

(2) Please park at either the former clubhouse site behind Gate 3 or Gate 4.

*Please refrain from illegally parking bicycles near the stadium or parking them without permission at surrounding facilities, as this causes significant inconvenience to local residents.

*Two-wheeled vehicles (including mopeds) cannot be parked in the bicycle parking area.

*Customers arriving by motorcycle should park in the South Parking Lot.

■ Osaka Monorail

• Heavy congestion is expected after the match ends.

We may implement restrictions on entry to the ticket gates. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

■Temporary bus information

We will be operating a temporary bus service (for a fee).

*Please note that the number of extra buses is limited.

Please be aware that we may not be able to accommodate your request to board the train.
