The secrets of longevity will be explored through food, conversation and ceremony at an event next week.

A Japanese-inspired supper club will take place at No.82 Poole Road in Westbourne on Thursday, April 30, and is being hosted by Agent Nouveau, an independent travel boutique.

With approximately ten seats available, the evening will focus on the daily principles believed to underpin Japan’s status as one of the world’s longest-living nations.

Janine Marshall, managing director at Agent Nouveau, said: “If travel is about how you want to feel when you get there, this evening is about understanding why Japan has been answering that question longer, and more thoughtfully than almost anywhere else on earth.”
