She was pronounced dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>According to investigators, the victim had visible discoloration on the skin of her neck, indicating a possible strangulation.<\/p>\n<p>The discovery was prompted by an unusual visit to the police station roughly an hour and a half earlier. At around 5:00 a.m., a man walked into the station and told officers, \u201cThere is a possibility that a woman has been murdered.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The man explained to police that a female acquaintance had recently come to him for advice regarding a chilling conversation.
