OpenAI<\/a>, will hold the \u200bgroup’s first \u200bmeeting on Thursday, chaired \u200bby Mizuho Financial Group’s Chief \u200cInformation Security Officer Osamu Terai, according to the Financial Services Agency (FSA).<\/p>\n\u2022 Anthropic has launched Project Glasswing to offer access to its latest AI model for defensive purposes to a limited number of organisations. The FSA said interest among \u200cJapanese banks in gaining access \u200bto the model is growing, though \u200bit did not clarify \u200bwhether any have formally sought access.<\/p>\n
\u2022 The \u200cworking group will discuss procedures \u200bwhen vulnerabilities are \u200bfound, defensive measures and contingency planning for scenarios where threats cannot be fully contained, the FSA said. The \u200bregulator also \u200csaid it is considering information-sharing with U.S. and other \u200boverseas authorities.<\/p>\n
