PHILIPPINE Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) officials on Friday said they are returning to Japan on another investment mission from May 30 to June 11.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe mission will cover key Japanese cities, including Fukuoka, Hamamatsu, Yokohama, Gunma, Nagano and Tokyo, with the objective of strengthening Philippine-Japan investment partnerships,\u201d PEZA said.<\/p>\n
The PEZA delegation had previously visited Japan only a few weeks ago to meet with representatives of health, construction and real estate, and e-vehicle manufacturing firms interested in locating in the country.<\/p>\n
This time, the PEZA team, led by Director General Tereso Panga, will be joined by officers of Science Park of the Philippines Inc. (SPPI), a pioneering developer of private ecozones and industrial estates.<\/p>\n
\u201cSPPI is positioning Light Industry & Science Park (LISP) IV in Batangas as a premier destination for export-oriented companies,\u201d PEZA said, adding that the company is opening another industrial estate in New Clark City.<\/p>\n

(TAFT) to discuss its proposed expansion site LISP IV.<\/p>\n TAFT manufactures high-tech, climate-resilient houses for the Japanese market.
