Free lime, a critical quality metric, dropped by roughly 10%, leading to a superior-grade product. ABB verified these outcomes through a performance assessment comparing operations with and without the optimizer.<\/p>\n<p>After the initial commissioning phase, automated operation surpassed 90%. The system cut manual operator interventions by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.indexbox.io\/store\/japan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">about 80%<\/a> and sustained effective process control during preheater cleaning and other irregular conditions. He noted that the company chose ABB Ability Expert Optimizer because it offered the most effective route to those objectives, citing major improvements in process stability, clinker quality, and overall operational consistency while reducing the need for manual control.
