It will be the first meeting for Ayano Sato, who joined on June 30 as the second board member hand-picked by dovish prime minister Sanae \u2060Takaichi.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none; font-style: normal; text-transform: none; text-align: inherit; font-variant-numeric: normal;\">Markets are focusing on the BOJ&#8217;s quarterly outlook report and Ueda&#8217;s post-meeting news briefing for clues on how soon it could raise still-low borrowing costs.  <\/p>\n<p class=\"text text-block paragraph text-left neo-font-paragraph-xl-reg  yf-18d6y07\" style=\"text-decoration: none;
