Led by founder and bartender Keisuke Yamamoto (KSK), the collaboration will bring Bees Knees\u2019 distinctive cocktail programme to Hyderabad on 20th August before making its way to Mumbai on 21st August.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Recognised for its intimate speakeasy setting, inventive cocktails and contemporary take on Japanese bartending, Bee\u2019s Knees has established itself as one of Asia\u2019s most celebrated cocktail bars. Ranked #76 on Asia\u2019s 50 Best Bars 2025 list, after placing #75 in 2024, #44 in 2023, #47 in 2022 and #18 in 2021, the bar first made its mark as the Highest New Entry at #21 in 2020. Through this collaboration, guests in both cities will have the opportunity to experience the bar\u2019s signature creations, each reflecting the precision, balance and creativity that have made Bee\u2019 Knees one of Japan\u2019s most recognised cocktail destinations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking about the collaboration, Keenan Tham, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Pebble Street Hospitality, said:<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cAt KOKO, we\u2019re committed to creating collaborations that introduce our guests to some of the world\u2019s most exciting bar programmes. Every guest shift brings a different perspective on cocktail culture, and that\u2019s what keeps these experiences fresh and relevant. Bee\u2019s Knees has built a distinctive identity through its thoughtful approach to flavour and Japanese bartending, and we\u2019re delighted to bring that to both Hyderabad and Mumbai.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Created exclusively for the two evenings, the menu features a selection of Bee\u2019s Knees\u2019 signature cocktails. The Killer Bee combines Bombay Sapphire with sansho pepper, lemon, truffle honey and yuzu Tabasco, while the Umami Sea Mary brings together Grey Goose, chilli, katsuobushi, tomato water, hotate syrup and kombu solution. The Spicy Bamboo Roll features green chilli-infused Patr\u00f3n Reposado, Mangoyan liqueur, mango pur\u00e9e, tomato water, yellow bell pepper, lemon juice, passion fruit and agave.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The line-up continues with the Bamboo Forest, combining Patr\u00f3n Silver, white wine, basil, dill, sage, passion fruit, elderflower syrup and malic acid. Completing the menu is the Espresso \u2018Kyo\u2019tini, crafted with hoji tea-infused Dewar\u2019s 12 Y.O., chocolate rum, coffee liqueur, PX Sherry, vanilla syrup and espresso. Each cocktail will be available exclusively during the takeover, offering guests in both cities the opportunity to discover Bee\u2019s Knees\u2019 acclaimed cocktail programme without travelling to Kyoto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With each international collaboration, KOKO continues to build a platform that brings globally recognised bartenders and cocktail programmes to India.
