In central Tokyo, the same intensity was registered in Adachi Ward, while other parts of the capital recorded lower intensities.&#13;\n<\/p>\n<p class=\"txt\">&#13;<br \/>\n    No abnormalities were detected at the Tokai No. 2 nuclear power plant in Ibaraki Prefecture, according to its operator.
