Including one of my favourite M mount rangefinders. And it all started with a thoughtful gift from Grandma. Check it out.

My name is Patric Alfred Haroldo Buehler, born in 1986. Half Brazilian, half from the Principality of Liechtenstein, I live in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Photography has been my passion since I was nine, when my grandmother gave me her Olympus mju:2.

Current kit (carried in my Ulanzi sling bag):

Zeiss Ikon ZM (black) with the silver Carl Zeiss C-Biogon T* 35mm f/2.8 ZM

Sony RX1 with the legendary Carl Zeiss Sonnar T* 35mm f/2

Some rolls of Eastman Kodak Ultramax 400 colour negative film (I buy the Eastman version instead of the Alaris one to support the company, in the hopes that with good support the Eastman Kodak films will become more affordable)

Zeiss lens cleaning kit, Zeiss T* UV filters for the C-Biogon and Sonnar, square hoods from AliExpress for both lenses, caps, Sony batteries, SanDisk/Sony memory cards, Energizer button cells and Apple SD card reader (USB-C) so I can edit digital photos on the road with my iPhone

I’m currently saving for a Zeiss Distagon T 35mm f/1.4 ZM* to complete the kit.

Conflict Camera

I’ve always loved Zeiss optics. I literally dream about the Conflict Camera 45AF (4×5 autofocus) with the legendary Zeiss Planar T* 135mm f/3.5 (instagram.com/conflict.cameras) — if it ever comes to reality, it would be an old dream come true. Shooting everyday life and street scenes with this lens on 4×5 and 6×12 on an AF camera makes me excited just thinking about it (if the AF is good).
But if money were no issue, my ultimate forever kit would be a Leica M-A with Leicavit and Noctilux-M 35mm f/1.2 ASPH, paired with a Leica M11-P and APO Summicron-M 35mm f/2 ASPH. With that I’d never need to buy another piece of gear again.

I really miss Fujifilm Provia 400X — its beautiful colours, latitude and push-processing were exceptional, and there’s no other 400 ISO slide film available now. I hope the announced 400 ISO slide film from you guys becomes reality; I would likely shoot it exclusively for all my analogue work.

My photography captures everyday life in Búzios and Rio: warm night street scenes, quiet moments on the beach, local characters, vibrant light and the raw, colourful energy of Brazilian streets. You can see more of my work on Instagram: www.instagram.com/pharoldo (I am working on building a website). I’m hoping to find a gallery that represents me and would love to publish a photobook one day.

Thank you for considering my bag!

Patric Alfred Haroldo Buehler

Búzios-RJ, Brazil

Thank you for sharing your bag and your story with us, Patric.

Please keep them coming folks, we need more submissions, so get your bag on Japancamerahunter.com

Send me a high resolution image of the bag. Optimum size is 1500px across.
